Hysera where I currently reside will vary in its Carebear to pirate ratio depending on what time of day it is. In the morning there will be a dozen in the evening there will be none. We quit PC after it became perfectly clear that the alliance wanted millions of isk a month for membership. Keep in mind, this is after a number of wars in which PC consistently refused to help its member corps. You aren't weeding out lazy pirates. In fact, in the IAC war, Black Fleet and Red Navy had the most IAC kills. I'm not sure what PC is doing, but it is something entirely different than "weeding out the lazy pirates." -K This isn't the place to discuss this but the tax that was proposed was simply to induce a move or gtfo for all the corps that refused to move. We wardeced IAC because they were smacking and blobbing wherever there would be sentry guns to aid them.
